Our liability is limited to our own actions or inactions following receipt of a valid takedown request, and only to the extent required by applicable law.

All uploaded files are automatically scanned using the ClamAV antivirus to help detect and prevent malware. While this adds a layer of protection, no antivirus system can catch everything, and automated scanning alone does not constitute active editorial control over all content.
If you believe a file contains malware or violates our rules, please use the "Report File" button. Relevant file details are pre-filled; you only need to provide your email and a brief explanation. We take all reports seriously and will review flagged content promptly.
If a file is found to be unsafe or in violation of our rules following review, it will be removed from the platform. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans or referral to law enforcement. Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, users will be notified through a site-wide message and, where possible, by email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
